Trish

Character Background
No secret escapes her! Thanks to a technique that cleverly combines psychology and pain, Trish can make even the most stubborn prisoners talk. Her reputation is such that very often prisoners will confess all before she’s even got started, which she finds very frustrating…

First I would like to define what I mean with the word virtual. For example if I said that a card has a virtual power of 10 doesn’t mean it has a power of 10 but the fact that it could be at the same power level us guys who have 10 power because it can reduce their power to match or be lower than what the virtual card has. The problem with cards that have virtual stats is that they are weak to attack modifying cards cause their attack are still computed based on the power written on them so again for card with an actual power 5 it attack would still be based on 5 not 10.
After clearing all that up I now present you with a virtual 8/7 card for 3-star in Trish. Basically she is just a 5/5 but because she can reduced an opponents power by 3 with a really good minimum of 1 she can bring cards with 8 power down to her power level and any cards with power lower than 8 would have power lower than her which is a good thing because she can have slight advantage against them.
Over all she is a good card but in my opinion she is just a better version of Amiral Py. And Jane Ramba, Bruce and even Tank would be better options but nevertheless she is a strong card, which can bring fear to your opponent especially if they don’t have SOA or attack modifiers to deal with her.

Winston

Character Background
A voyeur through and through, Winston can’t help but spy on his neighbors, keep a close watch on his friends and draw up endless reports on the slightest occurrence he unearths. In order to put this nasty habit to some use, the General has equipped him with an ultra-powerful portable radar. So now Winston whiles away his days spying on the clan’s enemies.

If there is a card in this week’s released that I’m looking out for it is Winston. He is not super strong or game breaking but unlike his contemporary he has the most possibility of being used.
First Winston is just a 2-star with solid 6/2 stats, which can fit easily in any deck. La Junta might already have a crowded 2-star slot being clogged by Wardog , Dean and occasionally by Jane Ramba for your half deck but for Mono-La Junta deck that can be another story. He is better then Molly and could possibly let you play Chiro, Emeth, Bryan and Gertrud in a 25-star deck.
Finally he is a damage reducer, -3 damage min 3 is not the best damage reducing ability out there but he is good enough to be a cheap alternative for un-evolved Jane Ramba.
Overall he makes Mono-La Junta better and is a good budget card.

Masamu

Character Background
Masamu could be a very happy mechanic: after years of dealing with badly shaven, foul-smelling mercenaries, he finally landed himself a job with La Junta. Unfortunately for him, his job is to maintain Chiro’s armor and given her combat style, he’s not about to get a holiday any day soon…
Review
The other half of La Junta’s new recruit , the mechanic Masamu. He is a possible 7/7 for a three-star but in my opinion he might just be the worst card in this week’s release.
You may be thinking that I had gone insane saying that Masamu is the worst but compare to other cards he doesn’t bring anything new for his clan and the fact that he needs to be in a mono-clan deck made him look worst. Just like Chiro he works better in a mono-La Junta deck but unlike her he is an easy prey for cards with SOA cause of his low power of 3 without his ability. He can be more of a liability than an asset in certain situtaion, but having him around can give you more options for a quick two-hit KO.
Masamu is a good card that is just outclassed by the other cards released this week. He is worth some consideration in a mono-La Junta deck but he ain’t a staple. If by any chance that you can’t afford Chiro or for some reason she is banned immediately Masamu can be a nice filler.

Chiro

Character Background
Daughter of one of La Junta chiefs, Chiro used to love charging into the heart of the scrum to throw a few punches, but under maternal pressure Daddy had to lay down the law and since then Chiro’s been banned from the battle field. But what does she care? Well hidden in her field armor, she’s once again ready to hit the front line incognito.

We have great cards this week, and to start we welcome the robotic soldier Chiro. Last time they gave Sentinels an Alec clone, in Coby now they created a La Junta version. Is Chiro the next big thing now that Alec is banned from ELO?
Just like Coby she is an 8 power four-star whose damage depends on the number of clan mates she has on your team. At her best she is an 8/8 considering both ability and bonus. But unlike Coby she has better cards to support her as La Junta has good cards in all level. At two-star they have Wardog and Dean, at three-star they have Jane Ramba, Bruce and Tank, at four-star they have Bryan, Gertrud and to an extend Burger and finally at five-star she has Emeth who also benefits in being a mono-La Junta. In my opinion she is almost perfect the only flaw for her is that her clan’s bonus doesn’t help them win card matches, attack/power modifier are usually more useful.
Chiro is a great card just like Coby she deserves a deck built around her but unlike Coby building a deck around her is easier cause La Junta has better options.
